Simple Fully Automatic Testing Method of Seepage Indices for Low-Permeability Materials

In anti-seepage engineering, quality control and engineering applications are based on the accurate measurement of seepage indices for low-permeability materials. The test used to determine materials adopts an external source produce water pressure, flux produced during process requires manual measurement; thus, apparatus is complex difficult operate, thereby lowering testing efficiency restricting its application. this study, a built-in servo motor was high pressure with transmitter, it controlled measured pressure. According rotation number electric cylinder motor, volume change in hydraulic calculated and, deduced. A simple fully automatic designed human–computer interface. results showed successful calculation as function through measurement. Furthermore, replacement high-pressure enhanced safety performance, interface enabled interactive operation simplified structure. This method can provide technical support inspection construction engineering.
